Bangladesh has added Choudhury to the roster for the upcoming friendly match with Vietnam National Team in March.

The Bangladesh national team has announced a 38-player list traveling to Vietnam to prepare for an international friendly match with the Vietnam national team during the FIFA Days in March 2026. This match is scheduled to take place at 19:00 on March 26 at Hang Day Stadium (Hanoi), promising an noteworthy contest between these two Asian football teams.

Among the visiting team's roster, the most notable name is midfielder Hamza Choudhury – a player who competed in the English Premier League with Leicester City. The inclusion of a player who has competed in one of the world's top leagues makes the upcoming friendly match even more anticipated.

Bangladesh also demonstrates serious preparation by bringing nearly their strongest squad to Vietnam. Notably, the South Asian team includes seven mixed-heritage players who developed in advanced football nations such as Finland, the USA, Canada, Denmark, and England.
